Bio
Kirsten Stackhouse [she/her] is an educator, graphic designer, and illustrator from New Brunswick, Canada.
She has worked with a variety of clients, small and large, both as a solo freelancer and as a part of creative teams. She has also been a Designer in Residence / Team Lead with UNB’s Summer Institute for a number of years.
Kirsten has a passion for illustration, branding & visual identity, packaging and label design, wayfinding and data design, and many other types of creative projects. Her approach to graphic design is minimal leaning, with a focus on clear and playful communication.
She is a passionate instructor at the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design, and also teaches a variety of workshops online and in-person in the realms of graphics, illustration, printmaking, (and improv). She has performed as an improviser for over a decade, and enjoys photography as a hobby.
